			<description><![CDATA[ Well, when a person gets jacked for the $10 they have on them, in LOS GATOS CA it&#39;s time to start considering carrying a weapon of some sort.

			<description><![CDATA[ Many are using Food Stamps these days, even many here. I applied for them, and after a month or so had them, but apparently for ONE MONTH.

What is being done, apparently, is to give &#39;em to someone after they put in lots of work and fill out a ton of papers, then they&#39;re immediately
canceled causing the person to re-apply. Lather rinse repeat - you&#39;re re-applying each month. I myself said to hell with it.
