			<description><![CDATA[ I've been going on a more natural and fatty diet for the past few months, taking out all forms of grains, tubers, and processed/inorganic food. I get my meat, dairy, and eggs from a farmer now that lives in Pennsylvania, fruit and veggies I'm still looking for a good place...mostly the whole foods now that the vegetation is getting rarer(I wasn't doing much with plants in the first place)but I don't know what to do for good water.
