Pretty much a waste of time...they should make a list of everything that contains sugar, not just high fructose corn syrup. Since sugar is the main problem anyways.

thanks for the list, I haven't purchased or eaten any of those kinds of foods in at least 15 years though... my method is easy, if a product is in the Safeway or Albertson's weekly flyer, we don't buy it! practically... the foods we purchase are featured on the produce page at the local Shop N Kart. I love going through the Rite Aid flyer and mentally checking off: I don't buy that, don't buy that, don't use that, nor that, or that or that! I can go through an entire Sunday paper of food flyers and find maybe 5 things on the yes list. 95% of what's shown is in my no list.
